BENZOR RO Healthifier – HYPER PURIFICATION PROCESS *
[ Stage 1 ] 5 Micron Spun Cartridge :
This filter is intended to remove large suspended particles and protects the carbon filter from undue clogging. It is recommended that the filter can be changed regularly or whenever an excessive pressure differential is detected.
[ Stage 2 ] Membrane Protection :
High-quality anti-scalant chemical in solid form minimizes the scaling of complex/hard salts such as calcium and magnesium on the membrane surface thereby ensuring significantly longer membrane life and consistent flow rate.
[ Stage 3 ] Silver-impregnated Carbon Cartridge :
Silver-impregnated activated carbon with high adsorption capacity reduces harmful chemicals including pesticides, volatile organic compounds, residual chlorine, etc. The impregnation of silver also effectively inhibits the growth of water-borne microorganisms and imparts a good taste and freshness to the water.
[ Stage 4 ] Reinforced Sediment Cartridge :
Premium graded and reinforced microporous sediment cartridge filters large suspended particles, and turbidity and makes water crystal clear. Protects the carbon filter from clogging.
[ Stage 5 ] Energy Saving Anti – Bacterial RO Membrane :
BENZOR uses one of the world’s best membranes reputed for its unswerving performance. This thin film composite (TFC) Anti-Bacterial RO membrane made of energy-saving polyamide, with a pore size of 0.0001 microns, effectively and consistently removes excessive dissolved solids (TDS), harmful chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals, and microorganisms.
[ Stage 6 ] Enhanced Mineral Cartridge :
With the Enhanced Mineral Cartridge, reverse osmosis water is enhanced with just the right amount of calcium minerals, resulting in amazing-tasting, pH-balanced water.
BENZOR RO Healthifier – UNIQUE SPECIAL FEATURES :
No overflow. No Dry Running :
Just Relax. Our RO Healthifiers are fully automatic units. The automatic water level sensor activates the pressure booster pump the moment water in the storage goes below a point and the pump stops once the storage tank is full. The unit also avoids dry running of the booster pump by shutting off the purifier If there is no feed water.
Compact Pressure Booster Pump :
Robust construction and technology ensure the membrane gets the proper and consistent flow of water at the required pressure with lower power consumption.
Advanced Reject Water Valve :
Tamper – proof valve makes sure that you get a continuous and steady flow of rejected water which keeps the membrane surface clean. This rejected water can be used for watering plants, washing, and mopping.
SMPS-based Integrated Power Management :
Designed to operate at a wider AC input range, IPM effectively protects the purifier from severe power fluctuations, and short circuits and also withstands universal power conditions. Highly reliable, cost-effective, and light in weight.
LPS – Low-Pressure Switch :
LPS will switch off the Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier system when the input pressure of the water reaches zero. It prolongs the life of the RO Booster pump.
NOTE :
1. Specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
2. If the inlet water pressure is lower than the minimum specified, a booster pump is recommended. If the inlet water pressure is higher than the maximum specified, a pressure-reducing valve is recommended. Both can be procured from the Company.
3. Feed water quality and TDS content are key factors determining the water quality and quantity.
4. Flow rates depend on variable factors such as feed water pressure, feed water characteristics, and the condition of the membrane and filters.
5. Permeate and TDS reduction percentages also depend on variable factors such as feed water pressure, feed water characteristics, and the condition of the membrane and filters.
